Serene Pearl processes all orders within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate, as Serene Pearl is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or courier-related issues.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for resolution.
