Return & Refund Policy – Serene Pearl

Serene Pearl accepts returns within 10 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and cosmetic products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, except in cases where an incorrect or damaged product was delivered.
